How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to syefulislam@gmail.com from the email registered with your retailer account.
2. Include the following in your email:
   • Full name
   • Registered mobile number
   • Shop name and address (if applicable)
   • Subject line: "Request to Delete Kisti Surokkha Account"
3. Our team will verify your request and respond within 3 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Retailer account information (name, mobile number, shop details)
• Customer records entered in the app
• Device and transaction history
• Invoices generated through the app
• Sales summaries and dashboards associated with your account

Note

Some logs or system metadata may be retained for regulatory or legal compliance, but no personal or customer-identifiable data will be kept beyond that period.

Additional Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Deletion requests apply to all associated data; partial deletion is not currently supported.
