Permanent Deletion of Retailer Account and Associated Data
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to syefulislam@gmail.com from the email registered with your retailer account.
- Include the following in your email:
- Full name
- Registered mobile number
- Shop name and address (if applicable)
- Subject line: "Request to Delete Kisti Surokkha Account"
- Our team will verify your request and respond within 3 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Retailer account information (name, mobile number, shop details)
- Customer records entered in the app
- Device and transaction history
- Invoices generated through the app
- Sales summaries and dashboards associated with your account
Note
Some logs or system metadata may be retained for regulatory or legal compliance, but no personal or customer-identifiable data will be kept beyond that period.
Additional Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Deletion requests apply to all associated data; partial deletion is not currently supported.
