Kisti Surokkha is a POS and EMI management app used by authorized retailers to record and manage the sales of electronic devices sold on monthly installment (EMI) plans. By using this app, you agree to the terms in this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the minimum data required to operate our services effectively:

• Personal & Business Info: Retailer/agent name, mobile number, shop name & address, and encrypted login credentials.
• Customer & Device Info: Customer name, phone number, address, product details (IMEI, serial number, purchase date, EMI duration, etc.).
• App Usage Data: Sales activity logs, transaction updates, and performance reports for troubleshooting and improvements.

3. How We Use the Information

• Register and authenticate retailer accounts.
• Manage EMI sales, generate invoices, and track payments.
• Communicate with the PayProtect EMI Manager Server.
• Provide reports, sales summaries, and operational insights.
• Enhance system performance and service reliability.

We never sell, rent, or share data with advertisers or unauthorized third parties.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share information only with authorized systems for service delivery:

• PayProtect Platform Server: To manage EMI and device policies.
• OEM or Finance Partners: For verification and compliance purposes.
• Law Enforcement: When required by applicable laws.

All communication is encrypted and securely transmitted.

• READ_PHONE_STATE / DEVICE_INFO: For device identification during EMI registration.
• CAMERA (optional): To scan IMEI or barcodes when creating invoices.
• WRITE/READ_STORAGE (optional): To save or retrieve invoice files locally.

Kisti Surokkha does not access photos, contacts, or messages.
